Guest Code Of Conduct
The team at MetLife Stadium is committed to providing a memorable event-day experience for all guests. With that goal in mind, we have established a Guest Code of Conduct that all guests are expected to follow. We ask that all guests assist in creating an enjoyable and safe environment by:
- Respecting each other as well as our team members
- Consuming alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner
- Refraining from fighting, throwing items, or engaging in threatening or disruptive behavior
- Refraining from language, gestures, or clothing that is threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or hate-based, including any that targets a person's race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or national origin, or that incites a confrontation or physical assault
- Not displaying indecent messages or language in any form on any material, including clothing, hats, flags, signs, or banners
- Not creating a disruption to the progress of the event
- Not unreasonably obstructing the view of other guests
- Not causing damage to the Stadium or the property of others
- Showing their ticket when requested and sitting only in their ticketed seat
- Following instructions from team members regarding stadium policies and emergency procedures

Guests are encouraged to report inappropriate behavior to the nearest Guest or Safety Services Representative, at any Guest Services Booth, or through our text-messaging service: text "Alert MLS" to 848261. Message and data rates may apply. SMS Terms and Conditions apply.
Guests who choose not to follow the Guest Code of Conduct are subject to ejection, possible arrest, and loss of PSL. Guests ejected for a violation of the Code of Conduct or a stadium policy are prohibited from returning to MetLife Stadium and may be required to complete a Fan Conduct Class and present a certificate of completion as a condition of return. Conduct involving fan-on-fan violence, violence or threats against on-field staff, coaches, players, or officials, including threats made through electronic means of communication, or a breach of the playing field may also result in a league-wide ban issued through NFL Security. Where the guest ejected is not the ticket holder of record, the ticket holder is notified and may face suspension or revocation of tickets or PSL.
To request authorization to return, guests must submit the request in writing. For information on mailing these requests, please contact us at info@metlifestadium.com. Anyone who returns to MetLife Stadium property without prior written authorization from the Stadium will have a criminal complaint signed against them for violation of N.J.S. 2C:18-3b, "Defiant Trespasser."
Take pride in your stadium and enjoy the event!

Search Procedures
To ensure the highest level of safety and security, all guests will be subject to a courteous screening by Safety Services team members prior to entering the Stadium. Guests are required to remove all metal objects from their pockets and bags, including cellphones, and place them on the security table. Guests will carry their bag and any other hand-carried items through the metal detector and collect their metal objects once the walk-through scan is complete.
Additionally, all vehicles are subject to inspection prior to entering the MetLife Sports Complex and all bags will be inspected prior to entering the Stadium. Ticket holders who refuse to allow their vehicles to be inspected will be denied entry into the Sports Complex and those who refuse to be screened or have their bags inspected will be denied entry into the Stadium. By having a ticket, the ticket holder consents to such inspections and waives any and all related claims against MetLife Stadium, the New York Jets and the New York Football Giants. Alcohol, weapons, or any items that the Safety Services team deems dangerous will be confiscated. Illegal items will be turned over to the New Jersey State Police.
