Eligibility and Requirements

  • Enrollment as a college junior or senior by September (of the same year as the internship), or be a post-graduate student.
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Professional attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to follow MetLife Stadium policies and procedures
  • Interest in facility operations, event management, or sports/entertainment industries

Is it paid?

No. This internship is unpaid.

Can I receive school credit?

Yes. We are happy to work with your school to support academic credit requirements.

Are weekends/events required?

Depending on your assigned department, weekends, evenings, or event days may be required. This will be discussed during the interview process.

What is the expected time commitment?

Internships typically require a consistent weekly schedule during standard business hours. Specific hours vary by department and academic requirements.

How long is the internship?

Internships generally follow an academic semester or agreed-upon timeframe.

Can I apply for multiple departments?

Yes. You may apply for more than one department; however, you will only be selected for one internship placement.

Where is the internship located?

Internships are based on-site at MetLife Stadium - 1 MetLife Stadium Drive, East Rutherford, NJ 07073.

Who is eligible to apply?

Current college juniors/seniors and post grad students who meet academic and program requirements are eligible to apply.

Selections are based on application materials, interviews, availability, and department needs.
