Tickets go on sale Tuesday, May 24 at 12pm ET
EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ (May 19, 2016) - In response to fans’ overwhelming demand, a third Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band show has been added on Tuesday, August 30th at MetLife Stadium.
Tickets for the August 30 show go on sale Tuesday, May 24 at noon ET and will be available online at www.ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster Retail Outlets, and by phone at 800.745.3000. If tickets remain, fans can purchase at the MetLife Stadium Box Office beginning Wednesday, May 25 at 11am ET. There are no presales for this event.
Tickets prices are $68, $105 and $150, plus applicable fees.
There is a maximum ticket limit of ten (10) total tickets per show per household, of which a maximum of six (6) may be for the General Admission (GA/Floor) area. For example, fans can purchase six (6) GA/Floor tickets and four (4) Reserved Seats or ten (10) Reserved Seats. The entire field/floor will be General Admission (no seats).
Tickets for the August 23 and August 25 shows went on sale Wednesday, May 18.
Springsteen opened the European leg of the tour at Camp Nou in Barcelona, Spain, home of FC Barcelona, with a three and a half hour, 36-song set, including selections from ‘The River’ album and other classics.
Bruce Springsteen has performed a total of 81 times at the MetLife Sports Complex (MetLife Stadium, Giants Stadium and Meadowlands Arena) including 66 times with the E Street Band. Springsteen and the E Street Band return to the Meadowlands for the first time in four years, having played three shows in September 2012, including the memorable “birthday show” where fans were able to celebrate Bruce Springsteen’s birthday with a cake and happy birthday sing-a-long when the show went past midnight.
The E Street Band members are: Roy Bittan – piano, synthesizer; Nils Lofgren – guitar, vocals; Patti Scialfa – guitar, vocals; Garry Tallent – bass guitar; Stevie Van Zandt – guitar, vocals; and Max Weinberg – drums; with Soozie Tyrell – violin, guitar, vocals; Charlie Giordano – keyboards; and Jake Clemons – saxophone.
