Pre-sale for lottery winners begins Thursday, March 31; Fans Encouraged to Purchase Tickets Early at Due to High Demand 

EAST RUTHERFORD (March 30, 2016) - The Copa America Centenario Local Organizing Committee (LOC) announced today that tickets to the coveted Copa America Centenario Final, to be played on June 26 at MetLife Stadium in the New York / New Jersey metropolitan area, will go on sale Monday, April 11 at 1 p.m. ET.

Tickets, which start at $140, will only be available by visiting or calling Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000.  Tickets will not be available for purchase at the MetLife Stadium Box Office.  There will be a ticket limit of eight (8) per household.

Fans who previously purchased Copa Venue Passes and were selected in the lottery will be notified via e-mail throughout the lottery window. Early lottery winners will have access to purchase tickets for the Final beginning tomorrow, Thursday, March 31.

Unique for the Final, matching the uniqueness of the tournament, the Copa America Centenario Local Organizing Committee is offering tickets in the Coaches Club that include access to the field during the post-game award ceremony, a first-hand view of the post-game press conferences, as well as complimentary food and non-alcoholic beverages. Less than 2,200 of these tickets will be available for purchase.

Tickets for all other matches, including the group stage, Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and the Third Place Match, are still available and on sale now by visiting or calling Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000. Copa America Centenario will be televised around the world, and on the Univision Network and FOX family of networks in the United States. The full, detailed TV schedule is expected at a later date.

The Copa America Centenario is a once-in-a-lifetime event, honoring 100 years of the Copa America tournament and featuring some of the world's best teams and players. This historic tournament will feature the top star players from North, South and Central America, as well as the Caribbean. Lionel Messi, Neymar Jr., Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez, David Luiz, James Rodriguez, Kaka, Michael Bradley, Clint Dempsey and many more are anticipated to take part.
