ADA Assistants
Guests with limited mobility who would like assistance may request transportation to their seat from the gates via a wheelchair from an ADA Assistant. This service may be requested from any team member located at the gates.

Assistive Listening System
MetLife Stadium has been equipped with an Assistive Listening System (ALS). Headsets and receivers are available at no charge at Guest Services Booths and Concierge Desks. A driver's license, credit card, or some form of identification will be required as a deposit.
Captioning & Description
All integral game information is captioned on the ribbon board below the Pepsi and HCLTech video screens. Captioning is also available on all televisions mounted on the section signs on the concourses. Game description is also available through the Assistive Listening System or FM broadcast.
During all Major Sporting Events, including all NFL games, guests may also visit http://www.streamtext.net/player?event=MetLife to stream the captions live to their mobile devices using the stadium free WiFi. For those guests preferring not to use their own devices, tablets are available to check out for use from any Guest Services Booth or Concierge Desk. For any other event, guests may request this service in advance by contacting the stadium to request this captioning service at least one week prior to the event.

Concession Stands
Every concession stand and bar is accessible to guests with disabilities. Guests may request additional assistance from the nearest team member at any food service locations.

Guest Services
MetLife Stadium Guest Services Booths are located on the 100 Concourse near Sections 124 and 149, on the 200 Concourse near Sections 227 and 249 and on the 300 Concourse near Sections 303, 324, 328 and 349. Additionally, there are Guest Services Booths located at the HCLTech, Verizon, MetLife and Pepsi Gates. The team members at the Guest Services Booths inside the Stadium can dispense assistive listening receivers and headsets, alternative format material and assist in re-seating guests with disabilities. The team members at all of the Guest Services Booths are trained in assisting guests with special requests.

Elevators
Elevators for guests with disabilities are available in MetLife Stadium at the HCLTech, Verizon and Pepsi entrances. Elevators are also available at the premium seating entrances which are located on the east and west sides of the Stadium.

MetLife Stadium team members have been trained in emergency preparedness including the appropriate ways to evacuate guests with disabilities.

Interpreting Services
Guests requiring interpreting services for concerts are asked to contact the Guest Services Hotline (201-559-1515) no later than three weeks after the event tickets sales begin. If a guest requires a translator while at an event, please visit a Guest Services Booth.

Parking/Drop-Off
Accessible parking is located in Lots E, F and G. Guests should follow on-site signage and directions from team members for the dedicated drop-off/pick-up location. The dedicated drop-off/pick-up area is located in Lot C adjacent to the Verizon Gate.

Ramps & Escalators
Code compliant public ramps are available in MetLife Stadium. These ramps are located at the north and south end-zones. Public escalators are located at the Bud Light, HCLTech, Verizon, MetLife and Pepsi entrances.

Restrooms
All public restrooms are accessible to our patrons with disabilities. Family or Companion restrooms are also located on every level in the Stadium.

Sensory Inclusion
MetLife Stadium has partnered with Kulture City in an effort to provide a more inclusive and comfortable experience for our guests with sensory processing needs. Our team members are trained and certified to recognize opportunities to assist these guests in their enjoyment of our events. We also offer sensory bags containing noise-cancelling headphones brought to you by Bose, fidget toys and weighted lap pads among other resources for checkout at any Guest Service Booth or Concierge Desk located through the Stadium. Service Animals
Animals are not allowed in MetLife Stadium, however, an exception is made for guests with service animals. Please contact our Guest Services Department if any accommodations are required.

Smoking
MetLife Stadium is SMOKE-FREE. Smoking is permitted only along the fence line on the Plaza Level. Guests may not smoke in the East Hall, in MetLife Central or on/near the base of the stairways, ramps or escalators.

Guests may visit Ticketmaster online at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling 800-745-3000. Additional information is available by calling the MetLife Stadium Guest Services Hotline at 201-559-1515.
If a guest knows in advance that he/she will need to exchange fixed seating for accessible seating, they should be directed to contact the MetLife Stadium Guest Services Hotline at 201-559-1515 prior to the event. If a guest with a disability arrives at the Stadium and needs to be re-seated into accessible seating, please visit the nearest Guest Services Booth or Concierge Desk.

Wheelchair & Companion Seating
MetLife Stadium has wheelchair/low mobility and companion seating with enhanced sight lines on all levels. Guests have been advised that Stadium management reserves the right to take the appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair and companion seats. Any guest presenting a ticket for one of these sections should be seated in the appropriate location without being asked any additional questions.
