NBC 4 & New York Giants Health & Fitness Expo
MetLife Stadium | 11am - 6pm
NBC 4 New York and four-time Super Bowl champs, the New York Giants, are teaming up to host the very first NBC 4 and Giants Health & Fitness Expo. One of the largest free and open-to-the-public health events will be held at MetLife Stadium on the weekend of Saturday, June 22nd and Sunday, June 23rd from 11AM to 6PM each day. FREE parking will be available. Shuttle bus service will be available to and from both Port Authority and Secaucus. The 351 bus from Port Authority will pick up and drop off at Lot K and the 353 bus that runs from Secaucus will pick up and drop off at Lot C.
Have you always wanted to be IN the action and ON the field? Well, here's your chance! Visitors at the NBC 4 and Giants Health & Fitness Expo will have the opportunity to walk on the actual field where your favorite players score touchdowns! Imagine yourself on the 50-yard line scoring a goal while your name is up in lights on the Jumbotron! Visitors will have exclusive access to parts of the stadium you never get to see....
The NBC 4 and Giants Health & Fitness Expo will offer an extensive line-up of events and exhibitions at numerous Health Pavilions throughout the Expo that will cover topics ranging from health care and wellness tests and screenings, to fitness and family activities. Be sure to stop by the Community Health Screening Pavilion that will provide a comprehensive health assessment designed to help teach people about various health risks. NBC's first ever expo is dedicated to providing you with tests and screenings on cholesterol, diabetes, breast cancer, vision and hearing, prostate blood tests and more. Learn about the issues relating to men's and women's unique health issues and treatments, the epidemic of child obesity and how to prevent it, and helpful tips on preventative health care for the aging but active Baby Boomer population.
NBC 4 New York anchors and reporters, as well as some of your favorite Giants players, will be there all weekend to meet you and sign autographs, so be sure to stop by to say hello!

Tickets ON SALE NOW! “I’m looking forward to the new stops during the 2014 Monster Energy Supercross season,” said newly crowned three-time defending champion Ryan Villopoto. “I think it''ll be good to race in some new stadiums. There''s a big racing community in the Northeast, which should draw a big crowd. The weather will likely play a part in the dirt and temperature. It''ll be cool to go somewhere new with no expectations. Every stop we go to is unique, but I'd say the racing tends to get better on the East Coast because the dirt allows us to push a little harder.” In total, the 2014 Monster Energy Supercross schedule will challenge the fastest riders on the planet with 17 races over the span of 18 weeks on the most intricately designed and physically demanding tracks ever conceived. The Monster Energy Supercross schedule will open in Anaheim, Calif., and conclude the first weekend in May inside Las Vegas’ Sam Boyd Stadium. |
