Welcome to the Directions and Parking area of MetLife Stadium website. In this area you will find general parking information, directions and parking lot guidelines to assist you prior to attending events at MetLife Stadium.

As a result of continuing construction of our parking facilities and roadways, some traffic patterns and access roads to certain parking lots will be affected. Please allow extra time for travel and parking.

Ticket holders are strongly encouraged to consider taking mass transit to NFL games. Ticket holders who have used the following mass transit options have found them to be easy and convenient.
